1. Galvanized cable tray
Electrogalvanizing is used to prevent corrosion of steel bridge frames, improve the corrosion resistance and service life of steel, and increase the decorative and aesthetic value of products. Electrogalvanizing has good corrosion resistance and is finely and evenly combined with the bridge frame material substrate. Corrosive gases or liquids cannot come into contact with the cable bridge frame substrate.
2. Hot dip galvanized cable tray
Hot dip galvanizing can protect the entire surface of cable trays, whether it is horizontal or vertical bends, or concave corners. The melted zinc water can evenly cover them, and the hardness value of the formed galvanized layer is greater than that of steel. The quality of cable tray galvanizing mainly depends on the thickness of the zinc layer on the surface of the tray.
3. Fireproof cable tray
The fire prevention of metal cable trays mainly adopts sandwich mode or double-layer mode. The sandwich mode has two types: hollow type and sandwich type. The sandwich type often places fire-resistant rock wool and other media in the middle of the inner and outer layers of the cable tray. The double-layer mode generally involves laying a layer of fire-resistant board on the inner wall of the cable tray. The insulation and heat insulation properties of the fire-resistant board are 6 times that of glass and 10 times that of ordinary concrete.
4. Spray painted cable tray
Spray painting has lower costs and lower technical requirements for workers compared to spray painting. Some bridge projects explicitly require the use of electrostatic spray painting technology for spray painting, while some hot-dip galvanized bridge structures use spray painting technology to ensure aesthetics. This not only meets anti-corrosion requirements but also reduces the price of the bridge structure.
