Product Description

The hot-dip galvanizing process involves completely immersing steel in molten zinc to obtain a uniform and dense zinc coating on the surface of the steel. This treatment significantly improves the corrosion resistance of cable trays, while enhancing their wear and weather resistance characteristics.

The primary process is different. Hot dip galvanized cable trays, also known as hot-dip galvanized cable trays, are made of cold-rolled steel. After rust removal, they are immersed in a high-temperature zinc solution at 600 ℃ to attach a zinc layer to the surface of the tray.
Hot dip galvanized cable trays are maintained by the zinc layer and do not rust because zinc is not easily changed in dry air, while in humid air, a very fine alkaline zinc carbonate film can be formed on the surface, which can effectively maintain the interior from corrosion.
